Can Claude browse websites and click for you?
Short answer
Yes, in Google Chrome on a paid plan. The Claude in Chrome extension lets Claude read pages, click, type, fill in forms, move between tabs and run scheduled tasks. It starts in an auto-approve mode: Claude checks each action and stops to ask when it thinks approval is needed. It doesn't work in other browsers or on phones. For simply reading a page, web search and web fetch in a normal chat are enough.
