NeoIntell tracks what home robots can actually do. You can read every page without an account and without giving us anything. This page explains the little we collect when you choose to follow something or join a waitlist.
Who we are
NeoIntell is run by [Legal name of the operator], [Business address]. Questions about your data: [contact email].
What we collect and why
| When | What | Why | Legal basis (EU/UK) |
|---|---|---|---|
| You click Follow | Your email address, what you follow, the time, and which version of the consent text you agreed to | To confirm the request and send the weekly brief about what you follow | Your consent |
| You join the Pro waitlist | Your email address, what you tell us you'd track (optional), and the consent version | To tell you when Pro opens | Your consent |
| Any visit | Standard server logs: IP address, browser, page and time | To keep the site running and secure | Legitimate interest |
We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media pixels. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't build profiles about you.
Cookies
The public site sets no cookies. Nothing to accept or decline.
Emails
Every follow needs a click on the confirmation link we email you, so nobody can sign you up. We only send the weekly brief in weeks when something you follow changed. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works right away.
Who processes your data for us
- Hostinger: hosts our server and database.
- [Email provider, once chosen]: delivers our emails.
[Where these providers store data, and the transfer safeguards that apply, to be confirmed before launch.]
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed follow requests: the link expires after 48 hours. [Deletion period for expired requests to be set.]
- Subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then [period] to prove your consent, then deleted.
- Pro waitlist: until Pro opens or you ask us to remove you.
- Server logs: [period, e.g. 14 days].
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing [contact email]. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you're in California, you have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA; we don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
Children
NeoIntell isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change affects people already subscribed, we'll tell them by email first.
