Yes, in settings. Claude and ChatGPT let you opt out of training; with Gemini you turn off Keep Activity or use temporary chats.

Anthropic lists model training as opt-out on Claude's Free, Pro and Max plans.
- OpenAI ChatGPT
OpenAI may use conversations to improve its models; you can opt out at any time in Data Controls.
- Google Gemini
With Keep Activity off or in temporary chats, Google doesn't use your future chats to train its models, unless you send feedback.
